At Flour Lady, every cupcake is handcrafted to order with care, artistry, and the highest quality ingredients. Because our products are fresh, perishable, and made to your specifications, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds once your order has been collected or delivered.

If there’s ever an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of collection or delivery. We’ll do our best to resolve any concerns promptly — whether that’s through a replacement or a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

Please note:

• All custom and bespoke orders are non-refundable once confirmed and payment has been made.

• If you wish to request a refund or raise a concern, the baked goods must be returned to Flour Lady for inspection and investigation before any refund can be issued.

• If you need to cancel your order, at least 7 days’ notice is required. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

• In the rare event that we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
