This website is owned and operated by Flour Lady. These Terms outline the conditions under which you may use our website and services. By accessing or using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
This website allows customers to order luxury baked goods, book workshops, and purchase digital tutorials.
By completing a purchase, you agree that:

All digital tutorial and online course purchases are non-refundable.
PRIVACY POLICY
We collect personal and non-personal information to provide our services, process orders, and improve your experience. This may include your name, email, address, payment details, and browsing information.
We collect data to:

• Send updates, service notices, or promotional offers
• Analyse and improve website performance

Our website is hosted on Wix.com, which securely stores your information on protected servers. Payments made through Wix adhere to PCI-DSS standards to ensure the safe handling of payment data.
We may update this policy at any time; changes take effect immediately upon posting.
PURCHASE POLICY
All items must be paid in full at the time of ordering. Orders will not be confirmed or produced until full payment is received.
If you wish to cancel your order, cancellations made with at least 7 days’ notice will be refunded, excluding a 10% non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the collection or event date are non-refundable, as production and preparation may already have begun.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds except in cases where an item is deemed faulty.
If you believe your order is faulty, the product must be returned to us within 24 hours for inspection. This allows us to assess the issue and, if necessary, report it to the Environmental Health Officer (EHO).
Refunds will not be issued (even partially) unless the item has been returned for inspection. The customer is responsible for returning the item to the bakery.
If a refund is deemed appropriate following inspection, it will be processed within 48 hours via the original payment method.
*Please note: all bakes are handmade, and slight variations in colour, size, or decoration do not constitute a fault.*
WORKSHOPS
All workshops must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your place.
If you need to cancel, you may receive a refund minus a 10% non-refundable deposit, provided you give at least 7 days’ notice.
If you cannot attend a workshop, rescheduling may be available subject to availability and at our discretion.
Please contact us as soon as possible — if sufficient notice is given and we are able to fill your space, a refund may be offered.
If Flour Lady cancels a workshop, you will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.
DISCLAIMER
We take full responsibility for all products while in our care. Once collected, Flour Lady is not liable for any damage, loss, or mishandling.
Customers are responsible for the safe transport and storage of their products after collection.
